Thank you for such a lovely coaching program. I think something that resonated with me was learning how being a leader involves shifting plans to support everyone on a team.
I used to think I needed to be ‘more healthy’ to conceive: I was eating right, exercising, everything.
Yet, it wasn’t until this course that I realized how my pent up trauma was impacting my fertility. From the time I finished, [after a session] I have been talking to my younger me and relieving a lot of things that were built up and stuck in my body. So much unworthiness was underneath the ‘anger’ I felt… This is more healing than you know.

I am not one who can normally sit still and meditate especially in my own home. I am the mother of an over active 6 year old and am constantly on the mood. But ever since the “stay home” measure, I’ve been trying to find ways to calm myself and my son at home.
Finding Deja’s sponsored meditation through IG was too synchronistic. Her calming voice and ability to hold space made me and my son stop and meditate. We both felt safe and held.
