Womb

The womb is the archetypal safe space and the literal place that incubates and creates life.

Topics include: connecting to the maternal lineage and figuring out your subconscious programming

Child

Childhood (archetypal and literal) is a period of early growth, development, and innocence.

Topics include: meeting your inner child, creating safety in the body, establishing systems

Maiden

Maidenhood involves the zesty energy of adolescence, when you are fearless and making a path for yourself in the world. Topics include: creating healthy female relationships/sisterhood, womb wellness/hormone healing, fertility awakening, pelvic floor, reproductive health

Mother

Motherhood, whether literal or archetypal, is an initiation into the mature feminine.

Topics include: learning to re-mother yourself, creating healthy, lasting, and sustainable community bonds (amongst spouses, children, lovers, etc)

Crone

Cronehood is the phase where a woman is seen as an elder, a leader, and a steward of culture.

Topics include: Cultivating your feminine leadership skills, preserving culture, connecting to the spirit realm, leaving a lasting legacy

Spirit

Spirit is that which is all around is the intangible, ever-present force that animates all life.

Déja Chaniah is a Caribbean naturopath, healer, yoga teacher, women’s health specialist, and holistic executive wellness consultant from the US Virgin Islands.

She helps ‘boss babe’ women like you heal your hormonal imbalance, restore your natural fertility and free yourself from burnout so you can create the soft, juicy, and successful life you desire.

A 7th-generation healer, she honors her ancestral lineage and has studied globally under indigenous teachers, embodying the wisdom of yoga, womb wellness, somatic therapies, Ayurveda, meditation, nutrition, and herbalism.

Déja also holds a Bachelor’s in International and Public Affairs from Brown University and runs an agency called Bananaquit Media, LLC.

Here in my realm, I have over 20 years of experience in facilitating deeply profound transformations in health, wellness, and spirituality. My bush woman (Afro-Caribbean herbalist) upbringing combined with my travels across Southeast Asia + Latin America provide me with a rooted perspective on wellness, self development, and personal liberation. All of my medicinal studies merge to create a truly revolutionary healing protocol, bringing ancient wisdom to the modern day.

Bush medicine is a lifestyle originating in indigenous cultures across southern Africa + Oceania and has spread to the Caribbean. Bush culture is centered around living in harmony with the land, plants, and the lessons they can teach.

This looks like using herbs to create salves, eating seasonally, and using the elements to create eco-friendly and regenerative technology.

Somatic healing involves tapping into the body to see how stress/trauma/pain gets stored in the tissues then finding ways to feel, process, and release it.

The first known people to practice this are the Kalahari Bushmen Shamans of southern Africa, in present day Botswana.

Embodiment means bringing your healing out of your head and into your day to day life ie. ‘walking the walk’.

My programs merge the most potent medicine from a variety of wellness traditions.
