Wellness Programs for Highly Ambitious Women

Healing for High Achieving Women

I help brilliant, neurodivergent women care for the bodies that carry their big minds through holistic wellness, and translate their brilliance into promotions, revenue, and influence. The result? A soft, juicy, successful life: nourished, rested, promoted, and paid.

73% of the women in my last group program were promoted or grew their revenue by at least 23% within a year.

Meet Déja Chaniah

Déja Chaniah is a Caribbean healer, yoga teacher, and holistic coach from the US Virgin Islands who has guided more than 300 women since 2018.

A 7th-generation healer, she grew up learning bush medicine from her grandmother, apprenticed with Ayurvedic practitioners in Sri Lanka and a Mayan herbalist in Guatemala, and trained in yoga and meditation in India. She also worked with international NGOs across Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand, and holds a Bachelor’s in International and Public Affairs from Brown University.

That mix is the point. She has spent her life translating between worlds without losing herself… and now she helps brilliant women do the same.

I am so grateful to have Déja speak with us in the human resilience class. Her presence simply commands attention with a gentle, yet firm strength. Bravo!
J.W., Brown University Professor

Learning about my body so intimately is healing. It’s empowering to let my menstrual cycle guide me in this way.

With the work I did with Déja, I feel grounded in my feminine energy.

She is a pleasure activist whose work empowers me to accept and own all parts of myself!

Nia S., Software Engineer

Deja is extremely knowledgable about womb health, our cycles and how it connects back to earth, the universe, and our holistic energies. She’s so embodied in divine feminine energy that our old programming shrinks just by being in her essence.

Kayzelyn M., Higher Education Professional
Working with Déja makes me feel so powerful. She takes the time to learn about you on a physical, emotional  and spiritual level— it’s a really holistic service that I haven’t experienced with anyone else. She creates a healing routine that is easy to follow but really works.
N.S. , Wilderness Education Professional
Working with Déja is so beautiful! Healing feels totally do-able, and no longer something to avoid. I am now releasing deeply rooted traumas while prioritizing my play and having adventures in nature with my boyfriend.  I am grateful to Déja for holding space during this process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Healing has been part of my life since childhood, learned at my grandmother’s side and deepened through apprenticeships across Sri Lanka, Guatemala, and India. I’ve coached professionally since 2018, guiding 300+ women. I don’t sell a one-size-fits-all system. I assess who you are first, then blend ancient wisdom and modern strategy into what actually works for you.

Bush medicine is a lifestyle originating in indigenous cultures across southern Africa + Oceania and has spread to the Caribbean. Bush culture is centered around living in harmony with the land, plants, and the lessons they can teach.

This looks like using herbs to create salves, eating seasonally, and using the elements to create eco-friendly and regenerative technology.

Somatic healing involves tapping into the body to see how stress/trauma/pain gets stored in the tissues then finding ways to feel, process, and release it.

The first known people to practice this are the Kalahari Bushmen Shamans of southern Africa, in present day Botswana.

Embodiment means bringing your healing out of your head and into your day to day life ie. ‘walking the walk’.

My programs merge the most potent medicine from a variety of wellness traditions. These services include herbalism + nutritional support, spiritual counseling, hormone healing/womb wellness sessions, yoga and meditation classes, dance therapy/somatic experiencing, pregnancy and postpartum support and multicultural workshops/lectures.

My related workshops begin at $50 USD/person/event. My liberating self paced courses and bundles that allow you to heal and grow at your own pace range from $242 to $999 USD. My live wellness group and private programs where I help you heal your mind, body, soul, and business range from $3,500 to $18,000 USD. Inquire directly about corporate wellness programs.

No. When I say neurodivergent, I mean you think and operate differently. I’m not here to diagnose or fix you. I’m here to help you thrive as you are.

No. My work complements medical and mental health care, but doesn’t replace it.
