I just wanted to thank you again for your time in class today! On a more personal level, a lot of what you spoke to resonated with me and it was really inspiring to learn more about your path and ongoing journey. It definitely made my week, and I can’t express how powerful it was to hear you speak so authentically about your practice and work.

Déja’s meditation session reminded me how easy and pleasurable it can be to take a moment to look inwards and breathe!  She is thorough, gentle, funny and so energizing!

Thank you again for visiting with us in the resilience class. You held space and , I’m especially glad that we were at least able to have you and one other person visit with us when we were able to meet in person.

Working with Déja makes me feel so powerful. She takes the time to learn about your pain on a physical and spiritual level. She creates a routine that is easy to follow but really works.  I like that she incorporated poses that helped with my lower back and calf pain. I spend most of my time on my feet at school and I like that I can incorporate practices any time I want. Bravo!
