We lie and convince ourselves that our worth is in how much we do — another wound. This leads to burnout.
I’ve been there, I’m a recovering busy bee myself.
By slowing down, we allow ourselves the space to feel what we’ve been avoiding.
Feeling is the only way to truly heal and move forward.
We come back to the game fresher and more energized than ever!
