Do you know what it’s like to be held?

Femininity, is the key I believe will help us repair our communities and families.

Part of our healing as black women is being reminded of what it’s like to be rooted in the feminine. Soft, open, trusting, loving, devoted to those you love. Being held and supported through it all… can you recall this felt sensation?

This deep trust inspires the men to rise. An awakened woman is, in fact, a king-maker.

I do need a man. I do not desire to do it all alone. I respect my ancestors for doing what they needed to survive. Yet, I am grateful to lead my lineage down a new path.
For me, the future isn’t female but it’s family and community.

Healing is one of the most revolutionary things you can ever engage in. Your wellness is your liberation.

My intention is to acknowledge the past so we can move forward towards sovereignty. No victimhood, no “fighting the man”, no “marching for justice”, no more investing energy in extractive systems— completely focused on building new societies that hold space for us all to heal, regenerate, and thrive. I invite you to step out of ‘wokeness’ and be awake.

I’m holding space for 3 women in my 1 on 1 coaching container called Returning to the Feminine.

In this space, I help female execs and high-performers heal trauma from their bodies and deepen into femininity, so that they live in alignment with their bodies, have room for their families, and truly love life.
