Flour two round baking pans and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix all of your dry ingredients &#8212; flour, salt, baking soda, and cornstarch &#8212; until there are no lumps.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium bowl, whisk the sugar with the oil until very smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Now, add in the citrus juice and zest, mixing to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/3 of the flour mix to the sugar and stir until it just comes together. Now, pour in 1\/3 of the milk and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Continue alternating until all the ingredients are used, forming a smooth batter.<\/li>\n<li>Pour half the batter into each of your baking pans and set aside for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2477 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cosmictigre.files.wordpress.com\/2019\/07\/img_8103.jpg?w=800\" alt=\"\" width=\"373\" height=\"186\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Break time: Turn on your favorite music and twerk it.<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the pans into the oven and bake for 35 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove when you insert a toothpick and it comes out cleanly. Place on a counter until completely cool<\/li>\n<li>For the glaze, whisk the citrus zest into the sugar.
