Breakfast of champions.

Ingredients

2 cups old fashioned oats

1 1/2 cups almond milk

2 ripe bananas

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Strawberries, 7-10

Granola, honey, other fruits (topping)

Process

  1. In a saucepan, heat milk, cinnamon and oats over low heat. Cover slightly and cook for 15 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Mash your bananas. Add the bananas and vanilla into the oatmeal and cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Serve oatmeal in bowls. Top with strawberries, granola, and any other fruit your heart desires.
