Carrot Cake Breakfast Smoothie

I like cake. I like smoothies. I love making nutritious smoothies that taste like cake. It’s like a healthy mindfuck for my brain.

This carrot cake smoothie is like the most perfect cake batter I’ve ever had.

Ingredients

1/2 medium carrot, peeled

1 large banana, frozen

2-3 strawberries

1 handful blueberries

2 tablespoons rolled oats

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 pinch nutmeg

Process

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Purée until smooth.

Top with your favorites.
